PVC Flooring Sheet Production Line
Product Overview
The PVC Flooring Sheet Production Line is a configurable calendering system for manufacturing flexible flooring in continuous rolls. It combines compound plasticizing, sheet forming, decorative printing or film lamination, surface embossing, controlled cooling, edge trimming, and winding in one coordinated process.
The production route is selected around the finished flooring structure. A simple homogeneous sheet requires stable plasticizing and precise calendering, while a decorative multi-layer product can add a printed layer, transparent wear layer, backing layer, embossing, and online lamination. Each module is matched to the requested width, thickness, surface pattern, roll diameter, and output target.
The line is suitable for wood-grain, stone, geometric, and custom printed flooring rolls used in residential, commercial, temporary, and protective-flooring applications. Independent roller temperature control and coordinated line speed help maintain uniform thickness, reliable layer bonding, consistent embossing, and controlled winding tension.
Key Features
Continuous calendering for flexible PVC flooring rolls
Coordinated plasticizing, roll-gap control, cooling, and winding support stable sheet thickness across the working width.
Decorative printing or film-lamination configuration
The finishing route can be selected for direct printing, decorative-film lamination, transparent wear layers, or backing integration.
Online embossing and surface-texture control
Embossing rollers create wood, stone, geometric, or anti-slip textures while the sheet remains within the required forming window.
Modular single-layer or multi-layer production route
Extrusion, calendering, lamination, and backing modules are configured according to the actual product construction.
Controlled trimming and tension-regulated winding
Edge treatment and winding control produce straight, compact rolls ready for inspection, packaging, and downstream converting.
Production Process
The final equipment route is configured from the flooring structure, surface finish, and roll specification.
Compound Preparation and Feeding
PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, filler, pigment, and functional additives are mixed for the required flexibility, color, wear performance, and processing stability.
Plasticizing and Sheet Feeding
The prepared compound is plasticized, homogenized, and delivered continuously to the calender section with controlled temperature and material flow.
Calender Forming
Precision rollers form the hot compound into a continuous flooring sheet while the roll gap and line speed control finished thickness.
Printing, Lamination, and Embossing
Decorative patterns, films, wear layers, backing materials, and surface textures are applied according to the selected flooring construction.
Cooling and Edge Trimming
Staged cooling stabilizes the sheet dimensions before both edges are trimmed to the finished production width.
Inspection and Winding
The finished flooring is inspected for surface quality, thickness, width, and bonding before tension-controlled winding into finished rolls.

Why Choose Wings Plastic
Product-Led Configuration
The line is specified from your flooring sample, layer structure, finished width, thickness, pattern, roll size, and capacity target.
Integrated Process Control
Plasticizing, calendering, finishing, cooling, and winding sections are coordinated to reduce thickness and tension variation.
Flexible Decorative Routes
Printing, decorative film, transparent wear layer, backing, and embossing options support different flooring markets.
Turnkey Engineering Scope
Line layout, auxiliary equipment, electrical requirements, commissioning, and operator training can be planned as one production package.
Quality Assurance
Key product and process conditions are verified before the line is released for production:
- Sheet width and thickness consistency checked across the working width
- Printed or laminated pattern alignment and surface appearance inspected
- Layer bonding, embossing definition, and cooling stability verified
- Edge quality, roll alignment, and winding tension checked against the finished-roll specification
Typical Applications
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The decoration section can be configured for direct printing, decorative-film lamination, and matching embossing according to the required surface design.
Yes. A multi-layer route can combine a base layer, decorative layer, transparent wear layer, or backing layer. The exact equipment combination depends on the material and layer construction.
Please provide a product sample or layer drawing, finished width and thickness, roll diameter, surface pattern, output target, available voltage, and factory layout.
Yes. These modules can be integrated online when the product process requires them. We confirm the sequence and control interfaces from the finished flooring specification.
