The PVC Transparent Curtain Machine produces flexible transparent PVC strips used for strip door curtains in cold rooms, clean rooms, warehouses, and industrial facilities. This compact line uses a single-screw extruder (SJ-65/25) with a multi-pattern die capable of producing smooth, ribbed, or dotted strip profiles. PVC curtain strips are produced in widths from 50mm to 300mm and thicknesses from 1mm to 5mm. The most common products are 200x3mm transparent strips for standard strip doors and 300x4mm ribbed strips for heavy-duty industrial applications. Transparency of 85%+ ensures good visibility for safety.
The water cooling tank provides rapid solidification for high-speed production (8-15 m/min), while the automatic winding system produces rolls of 30-50kg for easy handling and installation. The entire line occupies only about 12 meters of floor space, making it one of the most compact extrusion lines available.
