PVC Marble Sheet Machine
Product Overview
The PVC Marble Sheet Extrusion Line produces decorative sheets with realistic marble, granite, and stone patterns for wall cladding, elevator interiors, and furniture surfaces. These sheets offer the luxurious appearance of natural stone at a fraction of the cost and weight, with superior water resistance and ease of installation.
The line features a single-screw or conical twin-screw extruder paired with a precision T-die, a three-roll calender for surface finishing, and an online lamination station for applying marble-patterned films. The T-die ensures uniform sheet thickness across widths up to 1220mm, while the calender produces a smooth or textured surface as required.
PVC marble sheets are produced in thicknesses from 2mm to 8mm, with the most popular products being 3mm and 5mm thick panels for wall decoration. The online UV coating option provides scratch resistance and gloss control, allowing manufacturers to offer matte, satin, or high-gloss finishes from the same production line.
The decorative marble pattern is applied using high-resolution printed films that are laminated to the sheet surface during extrusion. This approach produces more realistic stone patterns than inline printing and allows rapid pattern changes — simply switching the film roll enables a new marble design without stopping the line.
Key Features
Single-screw or conical twin-screw extruder
T-die for uniform sheet width
Three-roll calender for surface finish
Online UV coating or film lamination
Automatic cutting and stacking
Production Process
From raw material to finished product — each step is engineered for quality and efficiency.
Material Compounding
PVC compound with high-grade pigments for base color, UV stabilizers, and process aids. Formulation ensures excellent film adhesion and surface finish.
Extrusion through T-Die
The compound is extruded through a precision T-die creating a uniform flat sheet. Die lip adjustment controls sheet thickness across the full width.
Three-Roll Calender
The sheet passes through chrome-plated calender rolls that control thickness, surface finish (smooth or embossed), and provide initial cooling.
Film Lamination
Marble-pattern decorative film is laminated to the sheet surface using heated rollers. The hot sheet surface ensures permanent adhesion without additional adhesive.
UV Coating (Optional)
A UV-curable coating is applied for scratch resistance and gloss control. UV lamps instantly cure the coating, producing a durable, high-quality finish.
Cooling, Cutting & Stacking
The finished sheet passes through cooling zones, then is cut to standard panel sizes and automatically stacked for packaging.

Why Choose Wings Plastic
Realistic Marble Patterns
High-resolution printed film lamination produces marble patterns indistinguishable from natural stone at viewing distance — far superior to inline printing methods.
Instant Pattern Change
Switching marble designs requires only a film roll change (10-15 minutes), enabling manufacturers to offer dozens of stone patterns from a single production line.
UV Coating Option
Optional UV coating station provides scratch resistance and adjustable gloss levels (matte to high-gloss), adding premium value to the finished product.
Precision T-Die
Adjustable-lip T-die maintains thickness tolerance within ±0.05mm across the full 1220mm width — critical for flat wall panel installation.
Three-Roll Calender
Chrome-plated calender rolls produce a mirror-smooth surface or can be textured for matte and embossed finishes, all from the same line.
Quality Assurance
Every production line undergoes rigorous quality verification before delivery:
- Sheet thickness verified at 5 points across width with digital gauge
- Film adhesion tested using cross-hatch method per ASTM D3359
- Surface gloss measured with gloss meter at 60° angle
- Color consistency verified against master samples using spectrophotometer

Frequently Asked Questions
Using high-resolution printed films (up to 1200 DPI), the patterns are visually indistinguishable from natural marble at normal viewing distances. The film also provides texture that can mimic polished or honed stone surfaces.
Yes, custom film designs can be printed by our film suppliers. Minimum order for custom film is typically 500-1000 linear meters. We can connect you with film suppliers who specialize in marble patterns.
UV coating provides scratch resistance (pencil hardness 2H+), UV protection (prevents pattern fading), and gloss control. It extends the product lifespan from 5-7 years to 10-15 years for interior applications.
PVC marble sheets are 80% lighter, 70% cheaper, waterproof, easy to cut and install, and available in unlimited patterns. However, they are softer than stone and not suitable for floor or countertop applications.
