Product Overview
The WPC Fence Machine produces wood-plastic composite fencing panels and posts for outdoor perimeter fencing, garden enclosures, and privacy screens. These products offer the natural appearance of wood fencing with the rot resistance, termite proof properties, and low maintenance of plastics.
The line features a parallel twin-screw extruder (SJZ-80/156) for PE/PP-based WPC with 50-60% wood flour content. The system produces both fence panels (the horizontal/vertical slats) and fence posts (the vertical structural members), using different profile dies on the same extruder.
Outdoor WPC fencing must withstand ground contact moisture, UV exposure, and biological attack. Our formulation includes high loading of UV stabilizers, zinc borate anti-fungal agents, and coupling agents for maximum moisture resistance. Ground-contact rated formulations are available for posts installed directly in soil.
The online embossing system applies wood grain texture to fence panels and posts, creating a natural wood appearance. The deep texture also helps conceal minor scratches and weathering effects, maintaining appearance over years of outdoor exposure.

From raw material to finished product — each step is engineered for quality and efficiency.
Outdoor WPC Compound
PE/PP pellets, dried wood flour (50-60%), coupling agent, UV stabilizers, anti-fungal agents, and pigments are mixed. Ground-contact grades may include additional preservatives.
Extrusion
The compound is processed at 180-200°C in the parallel twin-screw extruder. High wood content requires intensive mixing and venting to remove moisture.
Panel/Post Die Forming
The molten WPC flows through a profile die creating either fence panels (slats with interlocking edges) or posts (hollow structural sections). Die changes enable switching between panels and posts.
Calibration & Cooling
Vacuum calibration ensures precise dimensions for panel-to-post fit. Posts require particularly accurate dimensions for proper panel insertion and structural integrity.
Embossing & Cutting
Wood grain texture is embossed on visible surfaces. Panels and posts are cut to standard lengths and drilled for hardware if required.
Packaging
Fence components are packaged with all necessary hardware (brackets, screws, post caps) for complete fence system installation.
